Christmas gifts from Elder Green

Hi Mom,

 

I am emailing today (Monday) instead of Tuesday because we have our Christmas party tomorrow and we can't email then.  I am going to our Relief Society Presidents house for Christmas and we will be trying to Skype around 10:30 or 11:00.  I am way stoked for Christmas!  I can't believe I am already going to have my last Christmas as a missionary!  I am really excited to see you though!

 

I got your package with the Syrup in it.  I was freaking out I was so pumped about it!  That was the thing I missed most about Christmas back home!

 

I am glad you guys liked your gifts. It was the best the dollar store had to offer (with the exception of your gift of course).

 

Not too much happened this week so I will probably keep this e mail kind of short since we will be talking soon.  But this week I did get to go with Elder DeLaigle and many members of the Chehalis ward to the Seattle Temple to do baptisms for the dead with our convert Chace Michaud.  It was awesome!  The Greens, a recent convert family I got really close to in Chehalis, came too and we got some pictures together.  I forgot my camera again today though. Sorry.  We are really in a rush today and I forgot because of all the hussle and bussle.

Greetings Family! And

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

 

As you can see, I went ALL OUT this Christmas.  To save on shipping, however, I put everyone's gifts in the same package.  So I have written this letter to tell you which gift belongs to who.

 

For you, Mom, I got you a decorative Post-It note dispenser, because I know of your great love for office supplies (particularly post-its).

 

For you, Dad, I got an ugly refrigerator magnet of a crab with googly eyes because of our tradition of getting ugly magnets wherever we go.  Also, the beard lollipop is for you because I know of your love of facial hair.

 



 

 

For my dear sister, Kelsey;

For you I got a coloring book of Disney animals with crayons to color with.  I don't have a great reason for getting you that, I just felt like you would like it.  The cupcake candle is also yours.

For my dope Brother-in-law;
For you, Mitch, I got a hot wheels car.  I got it because I know of your passion for cars.

 

I love you all so much!!  I pray that Santa is good to you all this year.  I am excited to talk to you on Christmas.  It is crazy to think that in only a few months I will see you again.
